Hi BVGanesh,
The letter about removel of attorny was sent by my company. The same was faxed to them. But the new addesss mentioned was company's address and not my home address.
Even though your company mentions that the documents be sent to your address, NVC would always send the document to either the ATTORNEY (if there is one for this case) or send it to the petitioner (which in this case is your company).
So, it's correct that the new address mentioned is your company's address
But as per the last communication on friday, they say that they have sent visa reciept request to my home address on 17 March. I am just wondering that does how much time does it take to receive visa fees request?
Don't bother. Just wait until the form IV bill arrives to your office address. Get that from your office and send it NVC St. Louis along with the fee bill.
Usually your company should get the IV bill in about 2-3 weeks.
Meanwhile, if you prefer to receive all future communications to your home address, call up NVC and ask them to send ACL (Agent of Choice Letter) forms so that you could get your communications to your home address. Do this after you receive the form IV bill at your office addres. (otherwise, NVC might stall the issuance of IV bill and wait for your response on ACL)
what are other options I should try or just wait. If to wait for how long?
As long as your ok with your company receiving the documents it should be fine. If you live close by to your office or if your office handles documents efficiently, don't bother to give an address change. I have given my office address as the place to receive all the communications form NVC. That's suits me as sometimes the documents are delivered faster to an 'office' address than the residential address.
If you are comfortable with your company receiving all the documents, don't worry and you don't need to do anything further. I receive all my communication at my office. Personally I find that to be an ideal choice.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Regards
