Hi,
Does anyone have recent experience with the NVC for a I-130 Immigrant visa case for spouse. I have sent the Affidavit of Support and the DS-230, and all fees have been paid. Their system keeps saying 6-8 weeks. Does it take 6-8 weeks minimum or do they do it sooner?
