Hi,
I send Affidavit of Support (I-864 for CR1 family base visa for my wife) ,with copies of ALL pages of my 3 years of Tax return and send it to NVC.
They review it and sad that: I didn't send them W-2 Forms.
The reason is why,because I am a Self Employee(Taxi Driver),so I don't have W-2 forms. I filed 1040,1099,Schedule S/SE Forms only.
I call them and representative sad :
"Yes we still need your W-2 Forms" ?!!I trued to explain her that I am SelfEmpl.,she sad , "WE NEED YOUR W-2 FORMS".
Please help,
Confuse,don't know what to do ?
