NVC receive Date

NVC receive Date Please update

Hi Guys,

I thought to start a new thread where people can share information for NVC receive date after I-140 approval. My I-140 was approved May 12th from Vermont and still NVC says no record of case. If anyone else is in same boat or got case created after I-140 approved let's share information. Looking at CPtracker I see no one has added informatonf or May I-140.

I would just recommed to have patience. It's only 2 weeks. If you look at some of the other threads, there are people wholse NVC case was created a month after 140 was approved. It should definetly get done in next 2-3 weeks.

I called in NVC today morning and one gentleman said that they have received my case and I will hear from them in 6-8 weeks . Is this normal? Also the automated message still says No information about my case number.

Although, there is a claim for 6-8 weeks, it rarely takes that time. I guess, once they put you on the system, you should be recieving your fee bill shortly.
