NVC receipt of I-140

My I-140 was approved on 06/17th VSC. I received the approval notice on 06/24.. I filled for consular processing while submitting the docs for I-140. Is there a way to find out if the NVC received the docs from VSC? Also, when should I expect my packet 3, fee bill?

You can call the NVC at it's no and proceed with your I-140 no. (They should have you in your system by now).

If you are in the system then the notice of appearance should have been sent. On the rct. of this form, they will generate the fee bill (abt. 3-4 weeks). On the rct. of fees they will send you the P3 (2-3 weeks).
