hope you could help me with my query.im a RN and im on my pachet 3 processing right now, and whose PD is 9/5/2003. id like to ask if its possible that id receive an interview appointment after nvc packet 3 processing is completed because, how come NVC is still continuing with the process if they knew that i wouldnt qualify immediately for a consular appointment because of the retrogression. also, when i had been notified by nvc of their receipt of my apprroved I-140 petitoion, PDs has been current. would these matter, i mean could this in some way a good chance for me to qualify for consular processing after with the NVC? pls, anyone knowledgeable with this matter.
