NVC processing steps for New Delhi Embassy

Hello,

Is there any one who is going through consular processing for I 130 for parents at new delhi. Actually I have applied for my parents who are supposed to go to New Delhi, India for interview. I am still waiting for their approval from USCIS. I have few questions:

1. After approval, do I need to submit original civil documents with DS 230 application?

2. DO I have to pay visa fees here in USA?

3. How long does it take to get approval of I 130 after ref from USCIS?

I have the same questions because I have applied for my spouse. Please let me know how long does the whole process take. Once USCIS approves the application, what is the next step. THanks.
 
My question is rather how long it takes uscis to approve such petition. From What I heard, it takes between 3 to 6 months to NVC to send documents to the consulate for interview.

I sent my mom's I-130 last week and I am still expecting for the check to be cashed.

OPlease, post your detail timeline including the center where it was processed

YES NVC Will send you the visa bill here

3. How long does it take to get approval of I 130 after ref from USCIS?
