NVC process

Hi! I have petitioned for my children over 21 in F1 category. The are in Moscow,Russia
Todays bulletin shows that our PD is 6 months to be current.
My question when do I as a petitioner expect first package to arrive or when NVC will start sending correspodents with me, is there any time frame time?

Hi, can someone tell me how the process goes, what to expect and when? Do I have to file any document before my PD comes current?
