NVC P3 Review Question

Hi,

Normally how long does it take for NVC to review P3 and forward it to Consulate. My case was received by NVC on Aug 9th and still the AVM says received on Aug 9th and it will take 6-8 weeks for review. Is that the normal timeframe? Also anyone who sent in their P3 in month of August did the status change for you?

i sent my Packet 3 in the month of July 7Th review takes 1 week and send to consulate another week. so totally it took 14 days they send to consulate on july 20th
