NVC message!

Hi,

I called NVC yesterday for my status, the message is "Not operator available...". Earlier message was (may be a week back), "a reconfirmation letter has been.....", my lawyer had sent the letter to them,. Can I guess that the Pkt3 has been sent to my lawyer?

It means that the recon. letter has been received and processed. It means that your P3 ill be created/has been created/sent to your lawyer but you cannot be sure since beyond this point, the AVM does not change..

I can always count on you and the others. But will the message change after I send the Pkt3 back? I call from India and it takes a lot of time to find it sometime..

For most people (including me) the message has never changed after the recon. letter has been processed. If you are calling from India, try calling at about 8 AM EST. Thats when you usually get directed straight to an operator without going through an AVM.
