NVC Message clarification??

Folks,

Quick question - Will the NVC message change to something AFTER the Case COMPLETION message??


My NVC message says that my Case was COMPLETED on Sept 21 and wait 8 weeks to hear back. I was trying to see if this message would change to say that my Case has been sent to Mumbai?? Per CPTracker it seems like people know when their case was SENT to Mumbai or any other consulate.

Please comment/help.

  I checked my case status for the first time and 
  it says the very same thing.  My case was also 
  completed on 09/21.  I am doing my CP from Mumbai, 
  which consulate you will be going to?

Just wanted to provide the update that my File/Case was sent to Mumbai consulate yesterday (Sept. 29).

Quick questions:

1). Should I call Mumbai to see if they can tell me the interview date?

2). If so, how long should I wait for them to receive my file?

3). Will Mumbai be able to give me an interview date now or would I have to wait for the dates to show up on their website updates (which happen only around 15th of every month)??

I would appreciate input.
