I would appreciate it if anyone could take a stab at this.
I have two approved I-140's. One under EB-3 and one under EB-2.
The EB-3 was approved in March 07 then my attorney realized he filed under the wrong category so he PP'd an EB-2 application which was approved in June 07.
NVC mailed me a letter with form DS-3032 on 7/5/07 which I got in the mail today.
Normally this would be a no-brainer but with the current visa fiasco with everything being retrogressed, should I send the EB-3 DS-3032 now or wait until I get the EB-2 DS-3032?
Can I have more than one visa number and consular processing process under two different employment categories?
