Hi there, i was wondering if anyone can help me, well in a nutshell, my husband is a LPR, who petitioned for my son and I, we just received letters from NVC, So i guess visa number are imminent, the problem is, we are here illegally, we overstayed. we would like to adjust in the US so we are waiting for my husband to naturalize first, so my questions is what do we do with the letters or notices from NVC. My husband is able to apply for citizenship in 4/2011.
