Dear Help,
My case is family visa F1(Unmarried son of USC).I have submitted DS-230 and I-864 from my dad and co-sponsor.Its been 2 weeks since NVC acknowledged receiving the documents now when I enquired about the progress they say a new checklist is being sent to me asking for some documents.What is this new checklist and why don't they ask for documents at the same time? instead keep on delaying the progress by weeks.Is anyone facing the same delay from NVC?
