NVC has received my case on March 18 from CSC ..They say they received a lot odf cases onthat date !

When was your I 140 approved

When was your I 140 approved and when did you get this information from NVC.
My I 140 was approved on Jan 11 2002 and when I contacted NVC on 18th of this month they said they did not recieve anything from CSC

gckod, I called at 3 pm EST today. I was told that case reached on 18th but not entered into system

They asked me to wait 2 weeks for the case no.
I-140 ad : jan 22
 
targetGc, it is encouraging news...

but when I called today at aroung 1PM EST, the guy recognized me after asking my details and said my case has not been received.

Wondering again, my case has not made to NVC.

Will check up with NVC again tomorrow.

Others pl. update if you hear from NVC.

My case still did\'nt reach.Sorry to bother you.
you told that case reached on 18th but not entered
in to system yet.How did they checked your case if
they did\'nt enter in to the system.just curious to
know how to ask them to check again.

I am skeptical problem is with CSC

No NSC I-140 ADs after 1/29 have been received at NVC. I think NVC is building up a "front log" rather than all of a sudden CSC and NSC have delays all at the same time. Any views on this?

gckod, NVC scans the mails when they recive them. But even this takes a few days.

When I called on 20th they said case not reached yet but the very next day they said that it was received on 18th.
The operators say that they can tell as to when a case has reached. I guess the incoming mails are scanned, that\'s how they are able to tell this.

"Entering into system" means creating the case no. etc. This has not been done yet , so my case has just been lying since 18th.
