NVC Case Number

I'm currently working in London office of my employer . NVC has assigned me the case starting with LND********. Does this means that my consulate processing will happen at London Consulate.I originally mentioned New Delhi while filing for I-140
 
Looking at the case no, it seems likely in London.

You should have your attorney check into this and see this can be pushed to NWD.

Thanks for the reply . Isn't it good to get the consulate processing done from London as I'm in London for last 2.5 years and there's no queue for interview dates and also I'll not have to take off for going to India but if this does'nt bring any complications

Do you think any complications in this ?

Thanks a lot . Was DS230 was filled by the lawyer while filing I-140?

They just created the case with LND******** . I haven't yet recieved DS230 . On what basis they would have decided to issue London consulate when New Delhi was mentioned in i-140 filing form

Please suggest

Uh! I'm sorry! I thought you wanted to change it to delhi.

I get mesaage on AVM that says that lawyer will be notified in 6-8 weeks . Is that mean they will be sending DS3032 (Agent of choice ) . Lawyer told me that he has filled G28 form while filing I-140 or they will be sending the fee bill . If agent of choice will they send me the copy of it or only lawyer
