Hi! Dear

If you got I-140 approval after Nov. 2004, could you share your processing status to "CP going people"?
It seems that some have same experience with me.
I'm sorry but, there is no way for me to know the general processing status. - My lawyer doesn't reply it at all. Before I take any action, I'd like to refer other cases.

By the way, is it possible that company can hold my case at CIS intentionally???

Hi -- the details of my case are below in the signature. I doubt that your company could do something detrimental to your case other than stop sponsoring you. Presumably, they're the petitioner, and you're the beneficiary. So, I guess the petitioner could withdraw the petition -- that would mean you're sunk. But other than this, I don't know that the company can tell CIS "oh go slow on this one." (Besides, I don't think CIS needs any encouragement to go slow ). Best of luck.
