NVC AVM

Hi Guys!

I got my 140 approved almost three+ weeks back. When I call the National VISA Center AVM @ 603-334-0700 and try to check my status by EAC number, it says “No Operator is available at this time…….” (some thing like that). What does this mean?

My lawyer is still waiting to respond to confirmation letter as they have not received the confirmation notice.

Any idea what’s going on?

Call up during office hrs

NVC operator will be available between 8:00 A.M. and 3:45 P.M. Eastern Time. Call during this time to reach the operator.

My I-140 was approved on 16th July. Didn't get Pkt-3 . Called NVC yesterday during workin hours - the operator told my attorney should get pkt-3 within 2-3 weeks.You should try during working hours to reach operator

Check with NVC whether you receive AOC/CP option letter or P3 directly. In case of option letter you should get bit earlier than 3 weeks..
