NVC Address for I-864

Hello guys,
I just want to to make sure.
I'm sending my I-864 form in using shortcuts ( I did not get it from NVC yet).
The letter I received from NVC on Ds3032 has their address as 32 rochester Ave. Portsmouth NH 03801. But in this paper It says do Not send any documents to this address.
The Cover sheet for the I-864 ( from what I see on Internet) has this address also to send the I-864 form to!
Now, Is this the correct address to send in the I-864 form&documents:
NVC
Attn.: CMR
32 Rochester Ave. Portsmouth , NH 03801-2909

It is better to send the forms when NVC asks for it. With all the requests, they send a barcode sheet which needs to be sent back. The barcode sheet ensures that all the forms go to the same file/case. You can keep I864 package ready and send it back alongwith barcode sheet the next day after you recieve it from NVC.
