I am trying to book an appointment for one of the canadian consulates (Toronto, Montreal,Quebec preferably) before Aug 20th. Is this possible, am I too late to book? When I look online on nvars.com I do not see any appointments available. Will the phone # have more appointments available?
I also see that many of the dates on nvars.com have yellow highlights with '-' below them and no numbers. What is the difference between '-' and '0' ?
