I need help for my case!!!
My case is nunc pro tunc. I Failure to appear on a schedule fingerprint. I did go anyway, but it was late. It wasn't my fault. The Asylum officer sent the information to the wrong address. It said there if I failure to appear for fingerpint in period of `14 days, they might dismiss my case. They also sent me the proof from the envelope that has the wrong address.
Right now my case is delayed. Any Idea what should I do so they will keep process my case?
PS. Congrass man can't help at all..............
