Rosemary Jenks, NumbersUSA's Director of Government Relations, is serving as co-counsel, along side attorneys from the Government Accountability Project (GAP), to Michael Maxwell, former Director of USCIS' Office of Security and Investigations.

Rosemary would like to hear from anyone who currently works for US Citizenship and Immigration Services (or who has worked for USCIS in the past and still maintains contact with current employees) and who has concerns about the national security implications of current USCIS policy and practices in the granting of immigration benefits, the clearing out of the backlog of applications, or the background checks conducted on applicants, including the resolution of IBIS hits on applicants. Specifically, Rosemary is looking for written documentation of such concerns.

If you have information you are willing to share -- anonymously or not -- please email Rosemary at USCISwb @ numbersusa . com. Please be sure to indicate whether you want to remain anonymous or whether you are willing to have your name used.

After all it is USCIS MESSAGE :)-. Nobody will understand this.

people are afraid that benefits will be given w/o checks. so some osama friend may get some benfit and the check wasn't done.

this is yet another example of how those who say they are "legal" immigration are just lying. not all, but almost all. and once thye are done with illegals, they will go after the legals. and the second that hb1 visa runs out, immigration will be coming to the house. want another extension? go away.
