Number to call to check FP

Hey guys!

What are options to select to after calling 800-375-5283 to check on the FP results?

Any help is appreciated.

That is USCIS' phone number, not FBI's FP line. You can still call that number and talk to a service center IO if you have concerns about FP result, which rarely gives any trouble unlike name check. Check out this page for ways to call USCIS or FBI.
