number of hours on H1B

Is there any requirement on how many hours per week an H1B employee must be working for? Can he/she work say twenty hours per week. What about ten hours per week.

Does this have any impact on another H1B petition being filed later, as long as the pay stubs are available?

Also, can someone confirm that H1B transfer from a part-time H1B to a full time H1B also enjoys the portability provision.

you can have an H-1 for part-time employment.
I used to have one at one point for 20hrs a week
