Number of hours allowed on CPT

Hi,

I have a 10-hour-per-week Teaching Assistantship position for fall 2006. I also have a chance to do a CPT, which will be 16 hours per week. I wanted to know if I can take this up (even though the total number of hours I'll be officially working is 26)??

Any info would be appreciated!
