I am Indian Citizen, and got my H1b renew visa stamp with name check and fingerprint check in October 2004. I am planning to go back USA November 2004.

Do I have to register for NSEER?

How do we know that if we have to register for NSEER??

Foreign nationals from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria and the Sudan are required to register at ports of entry. Foreign nationals from all other countries are registered if Customs and Border Protection Officers deem it necessary based on initial questioning upon arrival.

So bottomline is that you are not required to have specical registration ... but maybe asked to at POE.

You'll need to go thru US-VISIT though. (all non-immig visa holders)
