After submitted response to RFI in Nov. 05, I received emails today from USCIS, noticing additional evidence requested. What could it be?? What the he** do they want?

Does anybody here have similar experience?

Kelvin, Don't worry & just send USCIS what they want after you receive your RFE letter. I'm pretty sure as soon they'll receive that from you they'll approve your case. They took only a day to approve mine after receiving my birth certificate as a RFE.
Your other question, RFE's could be number of things birth certificate, passport copy, RTD copy, pics, copy of I-94 etc.

You know it's always a good sign about RFE. That means IO is real close to approve your case but they just want to show their superiors that they are following all the measures for an approval & request that from you.
Good luck.
Atique.

thank you atique. i wish this is the last rfe they request. and good luck to you too. wish u can get ur card asap.

no i didnt experience any lud change prior to that email. it just happend today. i was shocked by the email i received.. good luck to urs and everybody's pending cases.

Kelvin,

Since the NSC is sending you an RFE, I think it is a good sign. At least someone is working on your case.

I did my BIO and sent out my medical about the same time as your. I get nothing since then.

oh they asked medical and G-325 in the first RFI.
This second RFI, don't know what the hell is that yet. :(

I think the first one is a standard request they send to everybody. This is is probably specific to your file. It means that the officer has reviewed your application and he or she needs something else.

Yeah, it really sucks..
I can't wait no more to get the plastic. There are too many things going on in my life. I don't want to be mentally tortured by that bureaucratic machine.

RFE is the last step before the approval ..just remember that.

A good thing that there's something going on. Hopefully, you'll find the REF letter in the mail today. Believe me, your case is not the worst. There's a number of us with ND '01 still stuck in the teeth of this bureaucratic monster and there's no end in sight.

Kelvin,

I received email yesterday from USCIS requesting for additional evidence. Do you mind to tell me what the USCIS requested from you?

Nothing special. just Part 3 Section 4. They need an answer for my "political profile."

Kelvin,

Thanks for replying to my posting. I guess I just have to wait for the arrival of the RFE.
