VSC has approved only 57% of the immitracker registered 99 RD cases so far! Again, if you take 99 and 00 RD cases the % goes down to a mere 41%! Hope one day we will all get to taste the freedom?
After waiting more than 5 years in various queues, INS grants you a local transer for speedy processing (?), only to know that as per the local office queue the case might take another 6 months or more to get an interview.
We saw today another 98 RD approval from NSC, the spouses application is still pending......
It is Feb PD Time. And we saw our hopes geting trashed.
It is three months since the long sought (and fought) s2045 has become law, but the provisions of that law hasn\'t seen INS light of the day.
The story will continue, and our dreams might loose the halo - God forbid, unless we take this matter again with the ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES AND THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF.
