NSC vs. TSC

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that for some darn reason cases with ND 02 and later have been transffered to TSC and apparently they are much faster over there. They kinda act like two independent agencies, therefore TSC could be approving ND's 02 and on, while NSC is still working on 00's and 01's.
I am so clueless and confused already.......I'm just trying to somehow find a reason for all those crazy delays.

What do u think.....aren't 02's luckier than us.

NSC is more used to the Asylee cases so they ask for more RFE's, evidence etc because they feel they know what should be asked..TSC sole purpose and goal is to reduce backlog. The more applications they process, its more money in their pockets in the next year Pay-for-performance review.

I am sure TSC follows all the rules/guidelines set by the USCIS. For instance any memo that addresses who should get a RFE, TSC may use that as an evidence and say "we didnt request a RFE because of this memo." Thats why memo's are written and intended for.

However at the NSC, it looks like they dont follow their own memos rules. I am feeling that at the NSC are the veteran Asylee adjusters who want to comb through every piece of information before approving a case..To them a MEMO is just a piece of paper and not some excuse why they should not ask for more evidence.

This happens in the Government. Some agencies have folks who have NO WHERE to go, no goals to achieve(performance wise), whereas maybe TSC has young folks or some adjusters who were doing employment based adjustments before and are not really looking for stuff to cause problems for no reason.

Hi, Espirits, I'm afraid that your assumption is right. those ND2002s transfered to TSC are in the first position in TSC, followed by some ND 2003s and even some ND2005s. the processing in these two service centers are seperated, so some ND 2002s begin to get approved while NSC still mess up with those ND2000 and ND 2001
