Hi Raj,

Thanks for the info. It is understandable for TSC to work efficiently because I read somewhere (CNN.com) that Texas had the highest execution rate of 336 people since 1978 as against 10 in California and supposedly 'Nil' in Nebraska.

Inefficient NSC workers need to be put on the firing line.

Have patience till you find the trigger.
