I am (purely)guessing people whose AOS/EAD/AP applications were sent originally to NSC and got transferred to TSC due to I 140 at TSC and have LUD on their I 140 on 07/28/07 and 08/05/07 will receive their receipts with direct filings that reached TSC on 08/05/07.
Reasoning: On 07/28/07 bulk of applications that were decided to be sent to TSC started the journey to TSC hence LUD on 07/28/07, reached TSC within seven days and hence LUD again on 08/05/07. So those cases are in queue with the direct filings that reached TSC on 08/05 and hence my guess.
Does it make any sense at all ?
