NSC - This officer focusses on citations?

I have been reading all the NIW Denial posts and saw that I have the same officer as graduation2003 and stateNIW and their cases were denied too based on lack of citations. Guys - If you are still reading these posts, can you please let me know if your appeals were approved? How did you address the lack of citations?

NIW_NSC..........Graduation 2003 ...i beleive had also filed new case and got it approved

could you post officer code too....so that other people can come up if they have similar code!
