Hello:

Can anyone please provide Nebraska Service Center's telephone number? I need to speak to someone regarding my RTD application. They received my application on March 30. They have been processing March 31st since June 20. I need to seriously gripe to someone; I already lost a ticket because of the delay. I am not about to lose the second one.
 
To apply for a Travel document you will need to allow 150 days prior to beginning travel to obtain a travel document due to new security procedures. I think you should get it this month or in Nov for sure.
