NSC Report out and now processing 06/01/04

I hope we will see some good progress on visa numbers this month. Otherwise, these dates would be meaningless for most of the EB3 community
 
What are you talking about? I went and checked the official website. It still shows February 2004.
 
I am also just waiting for the dates to be published on the official website. My inquiry is for my I 140.

I wish I could understand how you applied almost 10 months ago and you are waiting for your I-140. I applied less than a month ago and I received my approval. The system is just a big mystery to me! Good luck man!

Good news .... fairly good movement in the last 15 days .... from Feb 1 to June 1 - 4 month leap :)

Lets hope the visa number situation becomes good in the next 10 days --

This date of June 2004, is it for EB2 or EB3? Can it be a combined date as I could see only one entry for employment based adjustment applications.

It looks most of us (eb3) getting biometrics whose pd is on or before oct 02. I think all of these people will get 485, coming fiscal year.
 
I have an approved I-140 with a priority date of July 2002 under EB2. Should I expect my I-485 to be approved soon? I sent my concurrent application 3 weeks ago.

There is a possibility that your application may be approved provided visa numbers are available. There are good bunch of people who are waiting for their approvals who PDs are around mid of 2001. YES 2001. example: myself..
I appiled from COLORADO state, it took 3years to get my labor.. most of them have cleared their labors now personally i know 2 to 3 persons... I think they will get the priority first than me.. as their PD is way long back.. Lets cross our fingers.. and pray..

Called CIS and was told my 485 is still pending. So I guess, even after the update in the processing date, 485 will still be pended until the visa number becomes available.

Its usually around the 12th of the previous month ...
so the Oct '05 bulletin should be out around Sep 12th - give or take a few days.

Don't worry -- once its out, you usually see a post here within hours (if not minutes at times !!)
and since this the big bulletin that everyones been waiting for, you will see a post in a few minutes of it coming out - mark my words ;)

I wouldn't call CIS now when visas are not available. I know what they will say. It's better to wait till october and then call.
