I called in the morning, asked to be transfered to an office, she did...I was on hold for 40 minutes and when the immigration office in LAX picked up he told me that their computers are down....
Anyway, he said he could probably help and asked me to call back later today and that I ask to be transfered for a referral....so I did and they refused to transfer, they said they don't know what that means. Can you believe this? I guess there is no limit to the stupidity in USCIS....even the supervisor refused to transfer me.
