Don't you think that the recorded messages on the NSC contact phone is just way too long? I don't know if I'm only impatient, but seems like, the voice is talking to a child. (i.e. '...in just a few second you will hear 2 options...')

This sounds like talks from a person who speaks perfect English and understand English very, vely, valy, wary, wory well.

Many people may not understand English as well as you do. Please be a little patient.

I am as impatient as you are, so I don't call!

AJ021402 - I agree with you

But we can't help - it's for everybody ...

All you can do is hit 1 some 4-5 times to skip all the messages till you get the last message before entering your EAC # (for hearing your case status).

When the recording start, hit 1 for 6 times and then input your
EAC#. If you want to verify the number you entered, wait and then hit 1 again. Otherwise, you can hit 1 immediately after you hear "the receit number you entered was.....".

actually in's 6 ones :)

actually it's 6 ones, and you don't have to wait.
I just programmed me cellphone to dial after connection
1111113220209252XXXX1
and it works ! :)
322 stands for EAC and the one in the end is to confirm that the numbere entered is correct :)
Enjoy

Thanks everybody for the suggestions. I just got lost track of how many 1's I entered before entering the EAC# but don't want to start over again to count the 1's.

Good suggestion LeonidM, I'm using a cellphone too, that's why I don't want to waste my minutes on those long messages.
