Any I485 cases with ND June 2003 got approved? NSC really sucks.

I agree. There are lots of folks from 2002 still waiting..Not sure what criteria is used to pick selective applications for adjudication..

Any I485 cases with ND June 2003 got approved? NSC really sucks.

35% of June 2003 filers are approved as of today, everyday NSC approve 100 to 140 cases from June 2003 filers only. I run the macro end of everyday for months of June to Sept 2003, guess what NSC are stuck on June 2003, it is soooo quit for July 2003 and after.

If only criteria whether NSC sucks is determined by the number of June 03 approvals, they suck only 65%. There are plenty of 2002 waiters around... they might feel slightly differentlyabout NSC though.

NSC is soooo sucks and stupid...think about the filers of 2000 and 2001 who are still waiting for there name check.

I am waiting. I can assure you that there are lot more folks are waiting. Only from my RD, there are at least 2000 more waiting.
