AS NSC started approving 04/01 RD yet

I am wondering if NSC has started approviing for those with RD of April 01 yet? IF yes what is the best way to track a case if , not yet heard anything
2) Although FP is done, nothing on the AVM say that just that case was received and it is taking between 350 and 380 days to process this kind of case.

Any help appreciated.
