NSC Processing

Good morning folks I just checked one of the status on line it says it's taking 30 to 90 days of processing this type of case and this is 485 asylee.
Anybody else got the same kind of message ?please post and let's talk about this .What is going on?

Mine too, but "do not worry" , this does not affect us

Online status check is inaccurate for us because we have that stupid 10,000 cap, and doesn’t matter what the system says, they will approve only up to 10,000 cases a year. This date was always inaccurate for asylees and it was always close to I-485 application for refugees or other types of immigrant’s adjustments. Saddly, but that was the case so far ...

Please note that it is not only I485,thus saying 30-90 days to process.I just checked my I730 and it says the same .What it means as of now I am not sure

Something wrong with the system,mine is saying the same thing (I485) but it doesn't mean anything.
Don't take this system in to consideration b/c it doesn't work for asylees any ways.

May be they scrap the 10,000 cap for asylee is this sounds good I'll pray Hope that's true

yea me too! i just filed 10 months ago. Seriously, i think this is just a mistake.

Guys, this is one of their screw ups.Don't have a false hope
if you apply 10 months ago,you will wait at least 10 years to get your green card.
Take it easy and live your life, no need to think about it.
