Yes, i did. I already answered this question here several times. I've been calling them for the last 2 years. every time I hear the same: will be worked this year. Last time I called them 2-3 weeks ago and they tolled me the same - my case will be worked this year. I asked about fingerprints that already expired ( I was fingerprinted march 2001) and the answer was I will get a new fingerprint notice soon. How soon? who knows.
I feel it will never end, so sad.

As of 11-1-02 they are processing applications filed on or before 9-30-98. By the end of FY 2003 (9-30-03) the date of the applications they estimate will be processed is February 1, 1999.
