NSC processing time.....4 months

Hello friends,
I filed my case concurrently in Sep 2007 in EB1 OR category. My I140 got approved in Dec 2008 but my I 485 is still pending (no LUD change also). I was wondering NSC processing time is now updated to 4 months and my case has been pending for more than a year. What shall I do? If I call them do they normally respond to such queries?

Thanks ash-eb1!! That's what I do multiple times a day to see if there is any update....I will call them today and lets see if they have something new to tell me..
