NSC Processing Report for 8/1/05 out

it seems that processing date of 485 moves to 12/01/03, Can I send an inquiry now or I have to wait one month?

485 RD 11/18/2003
third EAD and AP are approved

My I-485 RD Apr 3, 2003. Do I need to do any from myside.

I finished my 2nd FP in Nov 2004,
Got EAD 3/AP3 in May 2005.
RFE replied July 2005. Got ND: July 20th 2005.

What else I might go through and also please advice if I need to call anyone.

They usually ask that you give them 30 days after they receive your reply to their RFE. You will probably be approved soon, but if you don't hear in 30 days, then definitely, give them a call.
 
I noticed some of the EB3 filer still didn't know there are no visa numbers available until Oct. 1, this will affect everybody in this category and not only those from China, India or Phillipinne, so it is better wait till then to make an inquiry, and I think for most of you will get approvals early in October.

Anyhow, after i finish 30 days (Aug 15th), I want to give a try to call them NSC and Senator. Let us see any luck.

I understand that. But I bet you will get response that they stop processing your case due to visa unavailability. :(
 
Well, I raised an enquiry on July 15th about my 485 and last week I recieved a letter form USCIS saying that 'Your file is Awaiting to be reviewed by an officer'.

So I will wait for 30 days and then give a call one more time.
