NSC processing dates -4/21/05

Good news.... NSC have changed I-140 date from Sep 30, 2003 to November 1, 2003. This is old news ( 4/21/05) actually I have stopped checking this stupid dates. But today I checked and saw new date. I think all those Jyotisi predictions went right or what? NSC have more little bit.
But mine is sept 2003, no changes in my case yet. What should I do now?

The change beyond your RD is good to the extent that you can insist your Attorney to send a formal written query and also call them for an explanation. Secondly, you can call your Senator requesting to look into the matter for such an injustice and discrimination.
