any recent approvals? Please post MD, RD, ND, AD and whether or not RFE requested, and what kind.
 
I just heard about a girl from India who just received her O-1 after RFE for the same department as mine for a 4th year fellowship position. I don't have the details (she has not joined yet) but I believe she submitted her RFE sometime in June.

I forgot to tell you that my second application also was approved after RFE and it only took 20 days from the day the RFE was submitted (however my lawyer only submitted a strong- rude- letter stating they are incompetent and wrong in their judgement, as the appeal's unit in DC had previously told them)

did you find out what kind of RFE did the other girl in your department get? How long after submitting the RFE did her case get approved? Thanks for the info ATG.
And yes, was the RFE mailed out to your attorney OR the your employer???
