I never talked to IIO in person but I often check my status after their normal work time. AVM told me that my response to RFE was received but the website still just :"an RFE was sent you bla bla". Then yesterday I found that NSC number is no longer valid and we have to use that nation wide 800 number. Guess what? 800 says exactly as the website, so I don't even need to call that number. This nationwide centralized system sucks, at least for me I lost another possible info source.
