Please post your details. If you are Non-concurrent. ie. filed I-485 after I-140 approved. I am maintaining a spread sheet an I will update it regularly.

My details are as below.

Additionally, FBI has confirmed that they have sent the FP2 results for me on 6/29/04 and for my spouse on 6/30/04. The results were sent to NSC.

Please post the spread sheet here when it is ready.

your I-140 approved in a month. Thats really great. Mine also approved in a month. Did you applied in EB2 or EB3?

Please update my info on the spreadsheet ... The RFE information is incorrect ... It was an RFE for EAD#2...

Meanwhile, I do have an update to share:

Our status messages changed on 7/7/2004 to "On July 7, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made." ....

Our AP2's were approved on 7/2/2004 and its status message changed on 7/6/2004.

We received the AP papers yesterday.

Glad to see something happening
