Hello Friends,

Looks like NSC is not processing NIW cases for a long time. Is there anybody who got approved with ND after July 2003. If NSC ask for our help, we can offer. It appears they are in trouble!!!

You are right

Acturally they did not do anything with all I-140 cases in the past half year, not just NIW. I filed mine in Dec. 2003 and got no answer. One of my friends filed his EB1 in Sept. 2003 and got no answer.

Thanks for sharing your information. Looks like it's time for the enquiry. But, not sure how to catch them on the phone. Really frustrating.
