My case:
I-140 NIW submit to NSC
RD 21-Jan-04,
RFE RD 06-01-05,
RFE AD 08-15-05.
Up to now, there is no online status changes, no LUD. I am worrying about whether the RFE material has been lost. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks a lot.
