NSC NIW and OR

Dear friends:
I just submitted NIW I140/I485 (NSC center) before cut-off date. I am thinking to submit OR I140 as backup in case my NIW get denied. But I am worry about if my OR gets approved first; they won't deal with my NIW again. Then my I485 can’t be transferred to OR. Should I submit OR right now, or wait for some time? Many thanks for your kind suggestion.

I hope i got the query!
Even if your OR gets approved first ..they will separetely process your NIW.
I beleive then you can ask them to transfer I-485 associated with NIW to OR.
