NSC New Processing times report 03/01/04

These Reports Are Like A Car Crash on the Freeway

These reports are like a car crash on the freeway. I know I shouldn't look, seeing the carnage will only make me unhappy, and I can't do anything to help anyway, you promise yourself you won't look, but you always sneak a peak anyway.

USCIS IS SMART!!! if we check with USCIS they will say the date is in Sep 01.... , if
congressmen check with USCIS they will say the date of I485 is in Sep 01 (or even May 02, since someone get approval)
depending what congressmen need .....

I don't even pay attention ...

Guys -

It's really not worth your time and effort in checking the Processing Date from USCIS.gov or from aila.org. To me, they are just a bunch of garbage and I would rather assess the processing date on my own by using Rupnet or here.

Hi Japanese! I understand you dont have to pay attention at this point since you filed 485 in 2003. But in cases like ours (RD: Dec 2001 and prior) we still are waiting and when we try to contact Cust Serv rep for case status research they say we still are processing blah, blah, blah....

Therefore we are hoping the processing time report crosses Dec 2001, so we can ask for Case Research or contact local senator. DID YOU GET IT ????

Thanks

What is there to get for all of us here

nsc121901 -

First of all, I am sorry to hear that you are still in the queue to obtain a GC for more than two years. I have been waiting for only a little over one year so yes, my plight isn't as bad as what you are going through.

That being said, what is there to get? Methinks, there is only one thing and that very thing is the Green Card. That is why, we all congregate here to exchange our ideas and opinions.

Personally, I do not think you should wait on contacting the senators/congressmen until you cross the 12/01 mark. In fact, another fellow GC aspirant, RSur, and I have been working together to bring awareness to the senators/congressmen responsible for our district (IL). I am not sure where you are from, but you are more than welcome to join us on Yahoo! Group at :

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NSC_485_ActionTeam/

Rsur and I are both 2003 filers, but we are going to contact the congressmen/senators regardless. Look forward to seeing you at the forum.

Data there is just a small sample and not even typical. VSC should be the best no matter whatever aspect you are looking at.

In processing statistics, I notice there are almost hundred thousand 485 cases total in 2002 or 2003, so a couple of hundreds approval in two months is not gonna help the backlog.

you can always get a real-time processing statistics from www.immigrationwatch.com.

Actually, NSC is doing very good compared to the three other centers. NSC just approved hundreds of I485 during Feb.
